County Selection
Counties are scored 0-100 based on:
- Legal (30%): Wholesaling regulations and requirements
- Market (40%): Transaction volume, prices, and speed
- Efficiency (20%): Supply/demand balance
- Data (10%): Data availability and quality
ZIP Code Coverage
When you enable a county, every ZIP code in that county is monitored automatically.
Monitoring
Selected markets are monitored daily for new public listings, price reductions, and deal quality changes.
